Are you an experienced property manager seeking an entrepreneurial leadership role in a fast-evolving business?
I am currently working with an outstanding European Real Estate business who are looking for a Property Oversight Manager to join their team, based in London.

Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing on-site teams of Property and liaising with Asset Managers
- Monitoring the performance of these external teams and setting targets
- Ensuring any historic data is up to date, overseeing the revival of this and ensuring teams are in place to update as need be
- Overseeing any key frameworks, negotiations, and new contracts or regulations that need to be put in place
Personal Specifications:
- Experience working within a commercial property/asset management role
- Experience managing others and overseeing team (s)
- Very energetic and willing to work independently
