How are you feeling ahead of the Bank Holiday weekend?

Thankful that you have an extra day away from work?

Or maybe you won’t get a break, due to the high demand for projects to be delivered and the pressures of feeling stretched.

Maybe you’ve spent some time on annual leave recently and aren’t really looking forward to going back in to the office on Tuesday!

Or maybe you generally enjoy working within your firm, but feel that there is just something missing…

Perhaps it’s none of the above, but I can confidentially tell you that this opportunity applies to everybody who is open to a fresh challenge.

Remarkably, despite being established for less than 10 years, the firm have a headcount around the 90 mark, and will no doubt reach 100 by the end of 2021.

What’s also exciting is that they have big plans for the next 5-7 years to double their headcount and they are very confident of this.

They are forward thinking and even before remote working became almost a necessity for many, they provided flexibility for employees to work from home a minimum of 2/3 days per week.

In terms of the Projects, they are have an exceptional pipeline of work ranging from £1million - £350million+, on a blend of developments and refurbishments.

Their presence is heavily within the Healthcare and Life Science sectors and they are involved in schemes that can help shape the future for the better.

They are well established, have a brilliant culture, and reputation and offer flexibility, alongside an internal structure for you to develop and progress within the business.

What time works best to discuss this on Tuesday?

I understand that you might not have an updated CV but send over what you have and let’s have an initial chat to know if this is something worth discussing.
