Macdonald & Company are exclusively working with a Consultancy who specialise in all aspects of commercial property. The business have an impressive track record of delivering integrated services that deals with all of their clients' needs. There is now an opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join them on a permanent 3 day per week basis and to manage a largely Retail portfolio, with some Office assets. You would also be expected to deal with an annual renewal on one of their specified assets.  

Essential Duties: 
  • To manage and take full ownership of a given number of properties
  • To carry out property inspections and note of building defects, tenant alterations, occupiers and what is happening in the local area
  • To draft and present management reports to the client in face to face meetings
  • Report directly to the client
  • Attend meetings with tenants and consultants
  • Ensure service charge budgets and reconciliations are delivered in line with the company's guidelines and clients KPI's
  • Work with facilities managers, credit controllers and other central functions

About You:
  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property Management
  • Ideally MRICS Qualified, although not essential
  • Have prior experience on Qube Management software
