About the Client
A privately owned developer employing approx. 1,500 people and currently turning over in excess of £75 million per annum. Each of their developments are carefully thought through and very well executed. They produce a high specification product, and they are renowned for, and very proud of, their ability to design quality developments.
They have 13 live sites, 6 under construction and 3 currently in the pipeline. They are in the process of acquiring another company and so have some very impressive expansion plans. On top of this, the business is being offer up to 100 sites a month and so they require an additional Senior / Land Manager not only to help with these introductions but to also acquire ‘off market’ developments.
About the role:
Reporting to the Land Director you will be responsible for assessing numerous incoming opportunities whilst also being pro-active in acquiring land for immediate return.
This is a fantastic opportunity which presents the prospect of becoming more involved in the full development process other than just acquiring acquisition. In terms of career development, you will also get the opportunity to becoming more involved in planning, design and/or development should you so wish.
What We're Looking for:
A Land Manager looking for the next step up and ‘expansive’ career development or a Senior Land Manager who is seeking a fresh challenge and for their career to also ‘expand’ and grow.
Either way you will have experience of buying land for residential use in at least one of the following counties: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Greater London (excluding zones 1 – 4).
