Macdonald & Company are delighted to be exclusively working with Hurst Warne on an opportunity to join them as a General Practice Surveyor. Hurst Warne were established in 1978 and boast an impressive reputation with leading Private, Corporate and institutional clients on various property matters. They pride themselves on providing tailored advice that achieves their clients desired results. Their team of highly regarded Chartered Surveyors provide an unrivalled quality of service and professionalism. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team of 20 with specialists in Property Management, Valuation, Development, Investment and Acquisitions & Disposals.

As a General Practice Surveyor at Hurst Warne, you will work across a mixed commercial portfolio, based largely South of the M25.  The candidate will have the opportunity to work from the companies offices in Leatherhead, Guildford and Woking.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Rent Reviews
  • Lease Renewals
  • Commercial Valuations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with tenants and determine how to maximise value against tenant charter initiatives
  • Other General Lease Advisory work
  •  
Previous Experience:
  • MRICS
  • At least 5 years PQE
  • Ideally, the candidate will have had previous experience advising institutional, corporate and property company clients
