Interim Senior Estates Surveyor

I may have the role for you..

Based West Midlands, loaded with heritage, and conveniently placed next to the train station for easy access, not to mention a friendly local pub right round the corner, you could be walking into a totally different way of life, not to mention a different way of working.

Working alongside a manager we placed (so we know they are good), you will join on an interim basis as a Senior Estates Surveyor by title, but the title doesn’t really scratch the surface of what you will be undertaking.

You will need to be a chartered with good knowledge of Strategic Estate Matters behind you, including some experience with valuations (don’t need to be registered) and A&D. However, they are looking for someone who also has construction as part of their background, such as refurbs, as well as being able to manage key stakeholders. If you have knowledge of RIBA this is also a factor, they are looking for.

The portfolio in question is education based, and they would like someone that is used to using Estate Management software, and has a background of leading a team.
