An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Planner or Senior Planner to join a global multi-disciplinary consultancy within their central Birmingham office.
You will be joining an established team, working with a mix of investor and developer clients on a range of small, medium and large-scale schemes within Birmingham city centre and the wider Midlands. The workload is interesting and diverse, primarily due to the variety of work brought on by other disciplines within the firm, therefore the successful candidate will gain exposure to a range of buildings within the residential, commercial, industrial and retail sectors.
We are looking for MRTPI-qualified candidates (or those close to submitting their APC), who are looking to progress within an established property consultancy. You should be commercial in your approach, confident in client-facing situations and be able to work to tight deadlines. Your report writing, communication and presentation skills should be of a high-standard, and you will also enjoy business development and networking.
Remuneration includes a competitive base salary (dependent on experience), car allowance, 25 days annual leave + BH, private medical, good pension scheme, life assurance and discretionary benefits, along with excellent progression opportunities within a highly reputable firm. There is flexibility regarding home/office working.
