Real Estate Property Developer
Residential and mixed use development
A Real Estate Property Developer that is a leading regeneration and investment company is looking to appoint a Development Manager to support the Development team across residential and mixed use projects within the development portfolio. They have established themselves within the UK market and are responsible for delivering a wide range of exciting development schemes housing developments to high rise residential towers. This is an exciting time to join a dynamic and driven team to lead on transformational projects that range in value from £20m-£100m.
In this role of Development Manager you be a key member of the development team reporting into the Development Director to deliver schemes from inception to completion; You will lead key stakeholders and be supporting through the development cycle from initial brief and feasibility, interrogating and providing development appraisals, Stage 2 & 3 planning and early stage design, supporting planning applications before overseeing projects through to project delivery stages.
Successful candidates will hold development experience in Real Estate and have a proven track record working for a Property Developer delivering residential or mixed use development projects. Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to manage first class professional teams and strong confidence in stakeholder management.
