£50,000-£60,000 + car allowance + Benefits and 20% Bonus
A Real Estate Property Developer that is a leading investment and development company within the alternative residential markets is looking to appoint a Development Manager to support the Development team across residential and mixed use projects within the development portfolio. They have established themselves within the UK market and are responsible for delivering a wide range of exciting development schemes both medium to high rise residential developments for Student accommodation or Build to Rent.
In this role of Development Manager you be a key member of the development team reporting into the Development Director to deliver schemes from inception to completion; You will lead key stakeholders and be supporting through the development cycle from initial brief and feasibility, interrogating and providing development appraisals, Stage 2 & 3 planning and early stage design, supporting planning applications before overseeing projects through to project delivery stages.
Successful candidates will hold development experience in Real Estate and have a proven track record working for a Property Developer delivering residential or mixed use development projects. Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to manage first class professional teams and strong confidence in stakeholder management.
