Full-time/Part-time: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm)

Their professional services range from estate management and rural consultancy, planning and development, rural diversification and valuations through to Landlord and Tenant, compulsory purchase, BPS, grants and expert witness work.
The Role: You will join the Rural team working with a wide array of clients on a varied range of work including Estate management, rural consultancy, valuation and diversification. They are looking for someone able to both work as a team member and under their own initiative to help further expand this successful office. They are also committed to providing high quality workplace training to help you achieve your RICS and CAAV qualifications.
Degree: An RICS-accredited degree is required to enable working towards RICS and CAAV qualifications.
Personal requirements: Candidates who have completed their Batchelors or Masters degree and who are working towards their RICS qualification. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude, and have a good willingness to learn with a keen eye for detail.
