We are working alongside a well renowned Property company looking to take on an Estates Project Coordinator for a one year fixed term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside construction professionals in a fast-paced environment, delivering successful communication and administrative skills to the team.
Within this role as a Project Coordinator, you will be required to support and assist all of the construction and logistical processes on the project and within that location. It is an integral part of the role that the high expectations of the company are kept to the highest standards throughout the duration of the fixed term contract.
Our client is looking for a forward-thinking, motivated Project Coordinator to join the team and be involved in the following-
- Ensuring everything is on time and schedule, keeping clear and concise communication at all times
- Organisation and arranging of meetings, putting in time frames on behalf of the construction team
- Being able to provide sufficient solutions
- Work well within a team and reporting into Construction Management
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major residential and commercial scheme within the heart of Manchester.
