Dealing with a small team of 4, you will be the 5^th addition to this Estates Team. Based in a town where you can find a mix of heritage, shopping, restaurants, good nightlife for that after work drink, or just a nice walk. It has it all!

The offices are nice and spacious, however, work from home is the usual, with you coming into the office twice a week at most, and even that is negotiable, so you can come in as much as you like, or pretty much as little as you like.

If you are an acquisition and disposals surveyor looking for your next move, this may be the one for you. I’m sure you understand what you need to do, however it is good to note the portfolio is mostly industrial with the odd office space chucked in the mix. Any experience leading a team is a bonus, however they ideally just need someone who can get straight into the action!
