£33,000 - £35,000 + OTE £65,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Real Estate Consultancy for an experienced and tenacious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their Central London Sales division.
Reporting directly into the Sales Director, this role falls within the New Homes Division of this highly regarded agency. My Client works with a number of Residential Developers and, as a result, this role will involve working on a number of busy, high-end developments across London.
This role will involve nurturing sales from initial enquiry, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. A strong knowledge of sales progression is required and an understanding of the London Residential market is desired.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience working within New Homes, either Agency of Developer side.
