An award winning Yorkshire based Property Investment and Development business with a substantial commercial property portfolio has an exciting role available for an ambitious Graduate Portfolio Manager to join the in-house team.

Working closely with both public and private sector partners, the team are involved with projects across the full spectrum of commercial property including logistics, retail and leisure and city centre offices. This is a varied and challenging role dealing with all aspects of the day to day management of a substantial mixed property portfolio, including lease renewals , rent reviews and the marketing and letting of vacant space.

Applications will be considered from Real Estate Graduates with a relevant Commercial Property related degree and preferably have relevant work experience or a Placement year in a similar role. Exceptional communication and organisation skills and attention to detail are essential. Ideally applicants will have already commenced or passed their APC. Candidates who have previous Commercial Property Management experience but not MRICS will also be considered.
