Job Details
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Land & Estates Manager, who is tasked with managing a large and varied portfolio, associated with the Renewable Energy industry. The work will include negotiating heads of terms, managing land ownership/referencing matters, handling legal documents/issues, dealing with owners/tenants of land, provide advice for land valuation projects etc. The role will require exceptional communication skills – communicating with colleagues from various professional fields, external stakeholders and consultants/external teams. The role requires a degree qualified property professional, one who is F/MRICS qualified with exposure to the full mix of commercial estate management functions.
This role is paying circa £35 - £45,000 package dependent upon experience.
