Job Details
A leading real estate private equity investment manager is seeking a Pan-European Portfolio Management Associate to join their team based in London. The role will oversee assets across the UK, German, France, Portugal and Spain.
The role will be responsible for the strategic growth of their core and value-add/opportunistic portfolio plus the management of the existing portfolio. Their portfolios include a range of asset classes including offices, retail, industrial/logistics, residential and alternatives.
Key Portfolio Management responsibilities include:
- Review and monitor the performance and business plans of the existing portfolio.
- Develop, own and manage the fund models.
- Provide senior management and investors with timely and relevant financial analysis on fund and asset performance. Prepare quarterly reporting for senior management and investors.
- Analyse potential acquisition opportunities.
- Provide liquidity analysis for each fund.
Key Portfolio Management requirements include:
- Advanced modelling skills.
- Strong financial and analytic skills.
- Pan-European commercial real estate knowledge is essential.
- Strong IT and written skills.
- European languages would be desirable.
Salary is £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus a competitive bonus and benefits package.
Office is based in Central London.
