Job Details
Beach Baker are excited to be working with a leading company, who have experienced growth throughout the last few years. This organisation is a development finance lending firm, mainly working with SME property developers.
This role requires a registered valuer to work with the team to RE view and analyse deals, to make sure all the due diligence is carried out, for example planning is secured.
This role will suit someone 2-3 years PQE, looking to work in a dynamic and growing organisation.
This role would be ideal for someone looking to cover both Real Estate and Finance.
