Job Details

Macdonald & Company are currently working with a leading UK property company on a Building/Property Manager 12 month maternity leave cover offering up to £43,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will manage a Central London asset and provide an innovative, operationally efficient and economically competitive commercial environment for occupiers whilst enhancing the investment value of the asset. The chosen candidate will contribute to the safety and wellbeing of all users of the building/estate.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with occupier representatives encouraging frequent communication of building issues.
  • Ensure Health & Safety, emergency procedures and safe working practices are established and maintained in line with current legislation and regulation.
  • Ensure occupiers remain aware of their obligations in respect of the building incident procedures and risk assessments 
  • Ensure all aspects of staff training, development and general welfare requirements are identified and formally reviewed 
  • Pro-actively procure building and contracted services, ensuring standards for the management and delivery of building services are upheld 
  • Employ the principles regarding Fabric Management and Long-Term Costing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
