This opportunity is to join their Project Team in the North West, leading and coordinating the different aspects of the project for the Technical needs of the business to make sure the project is on time and on budget. Your job will be finding best value solutions for development schemes, making sure they are effectively evaluated in terms of procurement, value, technical design and the provision of a cost-effective development platform.
You need to have either consultancy, contractor or client experience, ideally with remediation/brownfield regeneration experience as well as infrastructure enabling experience too, and show evidence of being able to manage large scale projects. You can be from a surveying or engineering background with any relevant qualification (MRICS, MICE, MAPM etc). There is the ability to work from home some of the week, and a friendly and supportive team around you too.
