Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate strategic maximisation of value from property portfolio vs business needs
- Manage property search, acquisition and planning related activities for group sites with partner agents and advisors
- Maximise return from property disposals with partner agents and advisors
- Manage capital development projects from inception through to handover to BAU
- Implement and manage an estates management lifecycle for freehold and leasehold group properties to manage capital/operational commitments
- Work with a range of consultant such as architects, solicitors and agents who offer specialist large project and Rent Review, Rating advice
- Ensure professional property governance and risk management in property related matters
- prepare annual budgets, and allocate resources appropriately on a monthly basis
- 10 Years’ experience in property sector
- RICS Qualified
- Full UK Driving licence
- Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT
- Confident in complex stakeholder management
- Willing to travel
