An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join a Capital Markets team for a leading Property Consultancy.  The client is open to candidates from outside of the Capital Markets arena so if you are interested in joining a dynamic team please reach out. This is a London based role offering up to £45,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance + Benefits 

Job Role:

• Working as part of a dynamic Capital Markets team in London 
• Preparation of marketing material and involvement in marketing campaigns, asset inspections and client reporting
• Drafting of asset reports for acquisition or disposal.
• Appraising of investments by way of excel cash flows and other modelling software.
• Managing strictly confidential and market-sensitive information.
• Liaising with agents, clients and colleagues elsewhere in the business, on a regular basis.
• Gathering, managing and analysing London capital markets data.

Skills Required:

• Ideally MRICS qualified however this is not essential
• Previous experience within a Capital Markets/Investment Background would be an advantage 
• Candidates from a Valuation / Agency / Property Management background would also be considered if you are open to making a move and passionate about Capital Markets.
