Job Details
A Leading Real Estate Consultancy is looking to expand their highly established Valuations team based in London. They are seeking commercially minded Chartered Valuation Surveyor's from Surveyor, Senior Surveyor to Associate Director level.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team and organisation that encourages client engagement and provide future opportunity for career progression.
You will work across a range of commercial asset classes, residential, BTR and student accommodation. Key Valuation responsibilities includes:
- Working across portfolio investment and fund valuation.
- Gathering market research to identify trends and other elements that will influence valuations.
- Inspecting and measuring different properties across the portfolio.
- Conducting meetings with prestigious clients.
- Producing reports and valuations of top Real Estate sites.
- Mentoring and managing team members at Associate Director level.
- Maintaining and development client relationships.
Key Valuation Requirement include:
- MRICS qualified.
- Proven experience working within Commercial Valuation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary will range depending on experience - £40,000 - £65,0000 per annum, plus benefits package and bonus potential.
Office is based in Central London.
