Assistant Facilities Manager - Berkshire - £27,000
My Client – A leading property consultancy are looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to support a Facilities team across a cluster of buildings/Estate. The successful candidate with a good work ethic and desire to learn the management of hard and soft services, with good customer service skills as the role is very client facing and ideally had some exposure to budget management.
- Provide ambassador amenities and services, where you are the ‘go-to’ person.
- To provide administrative support to the Management team
- Promote a customer service focussed concierge service
- To provide the highest level of service standards to Client, occupiers and visitors.
- To monitor contractor/supplier performance at the building with escalation to the management team as required
- Promote and maintain a safe, healthy and sustainable working environment in line with regulations, policy and procedure.
- Manage and follow up Help Desk actions and reports for the building
- Monitor all on site contract FM staff and address issues as require
Person
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience managing contractors
- Excellent communication, in person, on the phone and in email
- Attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate and timely reports
