Senior European Research Analyst

I am working with a well-established research business who service a vast number of global real estate investors and service providers. They are currently seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join their European Logistics team.

What the role involves:

As a Senior Research Analyst, you will be part of a team of 5 within the wider organisation, and responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research within various UK and European Logistics markets.
• Analysing and producing detailed data for the business forecasting.
• Playing a role in developing the client services offering across Europe.
• Presenting findings and reporting to clients.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of, and previous experience working across the European commercial real estate market.
• Strong excel capabilities and data analysis skills.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and simple manner.
• Trend analysis for forecasting purposes.
• Innovative thought process and proactive work approach.

Salary: £50,000-55,000.
Role also available on a part-time basis with pro rata salary.
