Surveyor / Senior Surveyor (Development) - Bristol

A leading private practice is looking to appoint a Surveyor, or Senior Surveyor within its highly successful Development team. Based from the Bristol office, the successful candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor possessing ideally one to three years post qualification experience.

The post holder will manage their own case load within the context of a wider team to undertake both consultancy and agency work, including development appraisals, feasibility studies and transactional matters. This role will principally focus on institutional properties of both residential and non-residential use classes across the South West and South Wales. You will provide consultative advice to a range of clients across the private, public and charitable sectors, helping to identify development potential and enabling your client to make informed decisions regarding property portfolio investment.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, capable of engaging individuals at all levels. Previous development consultancy/agency experience is essential, along with a good knowledge of relevant property investment software packages.
