About the Client
An established housebuilder who operate throughout the North West, producing good-quality, family homes. They have a strong market brand as well as a solid forward land bank.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be accountable for buying between 3 to 5 parcels of land per annum allowing the region to achieve it’s target of over 300 units per annum.
The region is highly motivated and driven to buying land. They have the funds set aside to be very active in the market.
You will play an integral role in recruiting a shaping the future land team.
What we’re looking for:
You are either an experienced Land Director looking for a new challenge or an ambitious Senior Land Manager seeking career progressions. Either way, you are an acquisitions specialist who has the necessary contacts to support a 300 unit per annum regional office.
