An award-winning real estate consultancy have instructed Beach Baker to recruit ideally a Senior Surveyor, Associate that will be involved in a variety of General Practice work across commercial, retail and residential assets.

Based in Cornwall the successful candidate will be involved in valuation work, rent reviews, lease renewals, Red Book & Statutory Valuations, general property brokerage, investment and development consultancy.

There are excellent career prospects for the successful candidate. The ability to be proactive and entrepreneurial is therefore crucial along with the potential to and develop graduate surveyors within the team.

Someone suitable will have the RICS qualification and ideally have proven experience of at least 2 years' post qualification experience. Enthusiasm, thoroughness, honesty and commitment are all attributes we are seeking for our client.

The consultancy has won best in class specialist property firm in the UK for a number of years by a prestigious industry body. They are known for offering an unrivalled mix of tailored services within the commercial property and business owners in turnaround and restructuring.

On offer is a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus and market comparable benefits along with an excellent working environment, supportive team and desirable office location.
