Calling Managers and Team Leaders!!

If you fancy working in a bustling place full of creativity and good vibes then this could be the role for you and it's outside of London...

I am working with a team that needs someone to come in and manage a team of 7 junior surveyors, to provide key leadership and manage efficiently.

You will need to be chartered and have management experience to be considered for this role

There is an interesting portfolio to work with, with over 300 operational properties ranging from offices to leisure centres giving you a lot of variation throughout your day

You will be liaising with stakeholders, dealing with day to day property issues, and will be the lead in sorting the backlog of rent and leases for the portfolio. The project is quite bold and will need a “fixer” to come in and handle the situation.

The initial contract is for 6 months and offers flexible hybrid working options so don't be afraid of the distance! The pay is negotiable based on experience.

If this sounds like your cup of tea please get in touch or refer a friend.
