How would you like to shape a community?

Working across 23 acres in one of London’s most desirable boroughs I am looking for a Head of Property & Estates for an historic charity to become the new strategic head for their property portfolio, all while leading the property management and facility management teams.

Giving back while earning bucks, sounds good?

This will be a fantastic mix of residential, sports and facility areas, offices, retail, industrial units and more than 20 charitable and non-profit organisations. This would be somewhere you will never have the same day! The mix and spread of work is something you only get once in a lifetime.

And for you? What do you need?

RICS’s is crucial and previous experience in managing teams and building good client relationships are essential, commercial experience and estate management is also key.
