Park Avenue is currently working with a Cambridgeshire-based Local Authority, who is looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their property team on an initial 6-month contract inside IR35 with a scope for rolling extension.

The Job

As an Interim Estates Surveyor, you will be working within the property team on both the Operational and Investment portfolios owned by the council. You will be tasked daily with completing valuations, rent reviews, service charge management, new lettings, lease renewals, easements, and general estate management duties on both portfolios.

Key Experience Required:

  • To be a hardworking and punctual individual and be able to efficiently work in the Estates Team.
  • Previous experience in Estate Surveying, Rent Reviews, Lease Reviews, and Valuations, preferably with Local Authority experience.
  • Education to Degree level or equivalent in property-related discipline and ideally be MRICS qualified.

Contract

The position will be for an initial 6 month period with scope for rolling extension.

The contract will pay roughly £280-£320 via Umbrella Per Day inside IR35.
