Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Recognise opportunities to generate value/cost mitigation within a diverse portfolio and have the drive to see opportunities to completion
- Take a leading role in property specific and portfolio wide projects
- Manage the clients financial, operational and reputational risks
- Client reporting
- Represent the client with Landlord and Tenant Liaison, including dealing with Licences to Alter, wayleaves, applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations
- Liaise with the building managers and FM teams on day-to-day maintenance and operational issues
- Manage the sub-let portfolio to deliver increased returns
- Update the property database
- Ideally Qualified or working towards APC
- Commercial Property Management experience
- Experience of working with Blue-Chip companies
- Ability to work under pressure and have excellent communication and client interfacing skills
- People management skills and the ability to motivate others
