Macdonald & Company are working with one of the world's fastest growing commercial real estate firms. This multi-disciplined company allows it's investors to capitalise on their services, including a complete investment portfolio assessment analysis and identifying asset management opportunities to maximise returns and minimise risks. As a result their investment capabilities continue to expand and they are therefore looking for an ambitious investment surveyor who is looking to grow with the business and take a leading role in underwriting investment opportunities. This will include preparing detailed cashflow analysis, acquisition reports and sales particulars as well as supporting the disposal processes. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Underwriting Investment opportunities
  • Preparing and running investment cashflow models and development appraisals
  • Preparing written material in the form of advisory reports and marketing materials
  • Maintaining deal, marketing and client tracker schedules
Skills and Experience:  
  • Ideally Qualified or working towards APC
  • Confident in client liaison
  • Strong networker and negotiator
  • Experience on investment and development appraisal software
  • Highly numerate and IT literate
