Our client a leading Property Company based in London, are looking to recruit a proven property management surveyor to join their out of town retail team. The individual will undertake all aspects of property management in relation to a key out of town retail development within their portfolio. The individual will be required to work part from the office and part from home with regular visits to site as required. The ideal candidate should be MRICS with Retail or Commercial Property management experience albeit non qualified candidates with proven property management experience will also be considered.
