Looking for your next Senior Estates Surveyor position?
Great, I have one next to the Salty Sea Breeze rather than the tube dust and traffic.
A small team are looking to add to their numbers and recruit a Senior Surveyor. The role offers hybrid working and a good work from home life balance. You will be on board for a minimum of 12 months with possible extension, giving you some security throughout the Winter period.
The role is landlord and tenant-based with valuation assistance, some small-scale A&D and dealing with public queries. The portfolio is a mix of land and industrial, as well as beach huts (coast perks).
They are looking for a full-time candidate who is willing to come in one or two days per week. You do not need to be chartered just have the appropriate experience behind you
