Commercial Property Manager

Are you a Commercial Property Manager seeking APC support and flexible working?

I am working with a boutique central London Chartered Surveying business who are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their Commercial Property Management team.

Offering a broad range of commercial services to a range of clients, including private and institutions, on a range of asset classes, they are seeking a new team member who can work autonomously, managing their portfolio across the UK (mostly London based).

• APC Support is available.
• Flexible working - 2 or 3 days a week in the office the rest visiting sites or working from home.
• Flat Structure, reporting directly to the property and asset management partners of the business.
• West end office location.
• Bonus available for new business introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

• All day to day portfolio property management.
• Dealing with Landlord and Tenant issues, raising awareness of energy and sustainability initiatives/efficiency.
• Preparing Service Charge Budgets and working on reconciliations.
• Communicating with other teams, such as accounts, partners, and other support staff.
• Identifying new property management instructions.

What you need to apply:

• Experience managing commercial assets.
• Have prepared commercial service charge budgets and service charge reconciliations.
• Good work ethic and ability to work autonomously, confidently liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Salary £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Office Location: Central London.
