Commercial Property Analyst

Are you a commercial real estate analyst looking to join a thriving business during a scale-up phase?

I am working with a well-known investment business who are seeking an analyst to expand their team for their upcoming acquisitions drive to assist with debt sourcing, asset management analysis, and reporting.

· Working alongside your line manager on the special projects function of the business

Responsibilities:

· Third party debt sourcing and management

· Assisting the asset managers with their property enhancement strategies via analysis and research

· Cash flow modelling to support various teams, analysis, data management, and forecasting to help with property strategy and operational decisions

· Business reporting and presentations

What you need to have?

· A relevant degree in Real Estate, Investment or Finance subject

· Experience within a Commercial Real Estate role and/or various work experiences

· Very good numerical skills and excel modelling abilities
