Interim Estates Team Leader

If you are looking to work in the Cambridge area as a Senior Team Leader then this could be the role for you.

I am working with a local authority who are looking for someone who can come in and manage a team of 5 people in the Estates and Asset Management team. This is perfect for someone who wants to step up and get into the senior swing of things.

You will be working with an investment portfolio and allocating the team to work your way through the backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals on one end, as well as dealing with the strategic asset management of the portfolio on the other.

The contract is 12 months, giving you great security in the interim world, the role is work from home most of the time (just be aware you will need to go in and pick up your laptop etc) and is paying £460 per day.
