Interim Transformation Manager

I am looking for someone who can come in and take control of the renovation within the councils Growth Property Team. You will be working with CIPFA to bring in a Corporate Landlord model, determining the best and most efficient way for the councils’ department to be run.

One of the biggest parts of this role is creating a strategic workforce, how can you make more money? What kind of structure makes more sense? You will need managerial and recruitment experience under your belt as a big part of the job will be backfilling roles.

If you are looking for something a bit different then this could work for you. You get to model the department how you see fit and leave your mark on the parish. Sounds good to me!

The role is based in the North West and offers work from home, so no worries on splashing the cash on petrol (there are better things...) however the role will be paying between £450 - £550 a day for a 6-month duration.
