Associate Director – European Valuation – London – Up to £60k

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director level, valuation surveyor to join a leading property consultancy. The consultancy is offering a competitive salary of up to £60k + car allowance and other benefits.

The role involves valuing a pan European portfolio for various clients

Responsibilities:

• Providing valuation advice to clients for loan security, accounts and other purposes
• Producing red book valuation reports to a high standard
• Reporting to clients and senior colleagues
• Become a single point of contact to clients
• Adhere to internal processes, lender requirements and RICS regulations
• Build the professional business through networking internally and externally, developing close relationships with existing and new clients
• Develop and identify new business opportunities
• Keeping up to date with changing legislation and valuation practices
• Act as a role model and supervisor to rational graduates

Skills Required:

• RICS Registered Valuer status
• MRICS qualified
• Minimum of 4 years PQE
• Highly proficient in valuation software, specifically Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer
• Experience of development valuations
• Familiar with lender specific requirements
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strategic approach to problem solving
