Salary: competitive
Award-winning housing builder seeks BDM to support business development strategies of the Group and identify and secure negotiated and tendered contracting workload for the new-build whilst at the same time promoting companies image and capabilities to public sector customers and consultants.
Strong housing technical knowledge required and must be able to add value and interact with housing providers and clients.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a business development role covering residential contracting
