Finance Director - London - to £120k + package

Our client, a rapidly expanding Real Estate Family Office, are looking to attract a talented Real Estate specialist Finance Director, with explicit progression to C-Suite for the proven individual.

The Opportunity

To help deliver an overarching company structure that focuses on specific internal sectors for growth and maturity, making efficiencies of allocated resources and delivers streams of revenue in a tax efficient manner. The remit of the business is both UK and Overseas, with operations located out of the Cayman Islands. Specialist areas of investment are in PBRS, senior living and consultancy.

The Role

Work as a true finance business partner to the Managing Director, participating in strategy and detailed planning. Ensuring the business is structured for tax purposes in the most efficient order. Overseeing acquisitions and asset management. Full ownership of the finance function.

The Candidate

All applicants must be fully qualified accountants, with specific and significant Real Estate Finance expertise, both in the UK and overseas.
