Job Details
Based in the North West, this is a true, value-add Asset Management role dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, refurbishments, new lettings, development, etc. You will support senior collegaues and will have your own portfolio to loook after.
We are ideally looking for someone with a property BSc/MSc, some prior experience and exposure to the industrial sector would be preferred but is not essential.
