Development Director. Manchester. Major Mixed-Use Projects. Six Figure Basic + Bonus + Package.

Our client is a major developer of large-scale, mixed-use developments across the North West, these include residential, hotels, commercial, offices and retail & leisure. The business is highly entrepreneurial, and works closely with end users to ensure that the finished product absolutely hits the mark.

Key aspects:

• You will have the remit to go and “create value” – acquiring new sites, developing existing pipeline and securing high-quality tenants

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that the right product is delivered both for speculative and pre-let schemes

• Develop enduring relationships with key stakeholders and the professional community

• Understand both the lettings and sales market

We are seeking “high quality”, entrepreneurial, development professionals who have demonstrable experience of working with a mixed-use product. You are highly skilled, bright and have the will to win, approaching challenges in a methodical and systematic way. We will consider those already operating at this level, and those who are motivated and have the aptitude/attitude to progress into this role. We will also consider individuals who would relocate to the North West having all the skills and aptitudes listed above.
