Associate Director - Property Asset Management- Up to £65k + Benefits
One of our leading consultancies is looking to recruit an Associate Director level property asset manager to join their growing team. This role is based in London and offers an element of working from home where you will be working on Trophy Assets in Central London.
Job Role:
- To provide a premium level property management service
- Day-to-day link with Client’s asset managers
- Produce monthly/quarterly reports and attend client meetings.
- Lease management and administration
- Dealing with tenant compliance with lease covenants and tenant applications.
- Liaising closely with our site-based FM and front of house team on the on day-to-day maintenance and operational issues
- Service charge management, budgetary control and year end reconciliations.
- Regular property inspections
- Actively promoting strong occupier relations through regular tenant liaison
- Participating in initiatives to improve the performance of the assets
Skills:
- RICS Qualification is preferred however not essential
- Minimum 5 years PQE within Property Management
- Experience within a professional services environment
- Excellent communication and client and occupier interfacing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
