Senior Surveyor / Associate Director – Leisure Valuation – London or Oxfordshire – Up To £55,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance + Bonus

An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Senior Surveyor/Associate to join a leading consultancy working in their Leisure Valuation Advisory team.   This role could be based either in London or Oxfordshire with an element of working from home.   You will be working as part of a national team specialising in trade related valuations working with a range of Lenders/Investors & operators dealing with a range of asset types within the leisure sector.  

Job Role:

• Providing valuation advice to clients for a range of purposes including, loan security, financial accounting,  stock exchange listing and litigation
• Valuation experience is essential however Leisure exposure is not essential
• Undertake inspections of properties
• Identifying fee earning opportunities & generating new business
• Report writing
• Analysing key data & carrying out market research
• Carrying out property, market and legal due diligence enquiries
• Assist with preparing proposals and pitches

Skills:

• MRICS qualified
• Proficient in valuation software, specifically with Excel, Argus Investor and Argus Developer
• Able to develop complex strategies and solutions
• Self-starter, who is highly motivated and relishes challenges and strives for the best
• Strong decision maker who gives assurance
• Have a track record in self-generating business (specifically for the AD level role)
• Strong verbal, numerical, analytical and report writing skills
• A good understanding of UK property markets with strong commercial awareness
• Strategic approach to problem solving
