Customer Service Coordinator

Blayze Group are pleased to be working with a leading UK residential property developer who are seeking to recruit a driven and organised Customer Service Coordinator. They are responsible for numerous signature luxury developments throughout the city and beyond.

The team that you would be joining are responsible for guiding the customer from exchange of contracts through to legal completion and the 2-year warranty period that is offered, providing an exceptional customer experience throughout.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising and corresponding with customers from purchase through their warranty period and as warranted
  • Responding to customers in a swift and professional manner and keep them informed throughout the various processes
  • Managing department diaries and arranging service call appointments
  • Logging and raising issues via the customer service database to various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ordering materials via the relevant department or external suppliers
  • Monitoring the performance of sub-contractors and reporting back to the relevant manager
  • Managing and maintaining department databases
  • Effectively managing customer expectations and delivering a first-class customer experience
  • Upholding and representing the organisation and their values as a brand ambassador
