Senior Surveyor/Associate Director

Our client, a national firm of surveyors is seeking a Senior Surveyor to Associate Director level candidate to join their Central London team.

Our client manages just over £12bn in commercial property, working on behalf of partners ranging from institutional investors, property companies, private equity groups and private investors. Their Central London team manages over 4 million sq. ft of property, for clients both in the UK, and abroad.

The role:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and overseeing several properties
• Liaising with, and reporting into clients
• Executing property inspections; ensuring that defects, alterations, and updates in the local area are documented
• Maintaining the property management systems, keeping them regularly updated
• Producing management reports to be presented directly to clients

• Monitoring reconciliations and service charge budgets to make sure that they are in line with guidelines and client KPI's
• Working directly with central functions including client accountants and facilities managers
• Ensuring that the properties conform to the Health & Safety requirements

The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience in managing commercial property (particularly Central London properties), within a client-facing role. MRICS is also desirable as is experience in working with Tramps.
