Development Director - BtR, New Platform

Development Director. London.

Newly established, Built to Rent (BtR) Platform.

Basic c£140,000 to £160,000 (DOE) + Package + Bonus.

Our client is a major developer of large-scale, mixed-use developments across London & the South East. They have recently created a new platform to develop a branded portfolio of BtR/multi-family projects, based in commuter towns around London. From 50 to 150 units based near town centres offering residents a high-quality and a safe living environment. Key aspects:

• You will be responsible for the development management and delivery of projects to the in-house operator

• Work closely with the acquisitions team (development appraisals,) funders, JV partners, main board, internal/external multidisciplinary teams and the contractors

• Lead a culture that drives outstanding performance, developing people and networks both internally and externally

• The role is full 360 degree and you will have the ability to influence at all stages and levels

We are keen to speak with experienced development directors who work within the property sector, you could be working for another developer or within consultancy. You are highly credible and able to manage a broad range of stakeholders, highly energetic and having total pride in the quality and timeliness of the projects that you deliver. Also having a strong mix of both strategic and operational experience.
