Major Mixed-Use Projects.

Basic c£140,000 to £160,000 (DOE) + Package + Bonus.

Our client is a major developer of large-scale, mixed-use developments across London & the South East. Schemes include, mid-to-high-rise residential, BtR, commercial and retail & leisure. The business is highly entrepreneurial, fast moving and design-led with excellent funding in place. Key aspects:

• You will be responsible for the development management, delivery and sales/disposals strategy of major, open market and BtR schemes of between 800 – 1,500 units

• Work closely with the acquisitions team (development appraisals,) funders, the main board, internal and external multidisciplinary teams, main contractors and agents/operators

• Lead a culture that drives outstanding performance, developing people and networks both internally and externally

• The role is full 360 degree and you will have the ability to influence at all stages and levels

We are keen to speak with experienced development directors who work within the property sector, you could be working for another developer or within consultancy. You are highly credible and able to manage a broad range of stakeholders, highly energetic and having total pride in the quality and timeliness of the projects that you deliver. Also having a strong mix of both strategic and operational experience.
