They believe designing and maintaining great homes creates vibrant, safe and secure communities. and as part of their commitment they have an immediate requirement for a Head of Asset Management. The successful applicant will develop and deliver the Asset Management strategy, working closely with the Construction team to agree the future specification of new homes, manage compliance and maintenance whilst delivering an exceptional service to all their current and future residents.
